Initial Project Meeting
We look at your property, the details of the project, and what you expect from it. If we all agree it makes sense to move forward, we do.
Design & Construction Estimate
We set a target budget before we design anything, so the design stays inside it. Open communication is how we earn your confidence, and we keep it open for the whole project.
On-Site Consultations
Once you approve a final design concept, you get a contract and an estimated production schedule. Before construction starts, every design idea is finalized down to the smallest detail, and you review and approve it.
The Finishing Touches
We coordinate the project and manage it all the way through job completion, with nothing left for you to do but enjoy your new home.
