HOME ADDITIONS

Home additions in Tyler and East Texas

Room additions, master suites, home offices, sunrooms and expanded living spaces, designed and built by the same crew.

Is your family becoming too big for your house?

That is how Home Pro's puts the question, and it is the one most addition calls start with. Do you work from home? Have you always wanted a library? If the house no longer fits your life but you like the neighborhood, an addition may be the answer.

Adding square footage is the easy way to increase space. A new master bedroom and bath or a home office is a smart investment for the property. Home Pro's will help you work out whether a home addition is right for you before anything gets framed.

How Home Pro's works an addition

They design and build room additions, master suites, home offices, sunrooms and expanded living spaces that blend with the existing home. On the new construction side of the quote form the list runs further: New Home Construction, Barndominiums, Barns or Storage, and Additions.

The job follows their four-step design-build process. An initial project meeting at your property, where they evaluate the property, the details and your expectations. A design and construction estimate, with a target budget set before the design starts. On-site consultations, where you approve the final design and get a contract and production schedule. Then the finishing touches, with the project managed through completion.

The estimate is free and onsite, and the quote is same-day. Come by the showroom at 1913 Brandon Dr Ste C in Tyler for a free quote, or call and have them out to the property.

Where the new meets the old

The hard part of an addition is the joint. The new roofline has to land on the old one, the new floor has to meet the old floor, and the siding has to carry across without a visible seam. That is carpentry and flashing detail, not square footage.

A good addition is the one visitors cannot place. They walk from the old hallway into the new room and only the light changes.

Not every addition is a wing. A mudroom, a garage built or converted, a sunroom: each pinned here as they photographed it, before and after.
